Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat the
Olive Oil (3 Tbsp)
in large sauté pan over medium heat. Add the
Onion (1)
and
Green Bell Pepper (1)
and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft, 2-3 minutes.

Add
Garlic (3 cloves)
and cook for about 30 seconds.
3.
Add the
Tyson® Ground Chicken (1 lb)
and break the chicken into small clumps with a wooden spoon.
4.
Add
Cajun Seasoning (1 Tbsp)
,
Smoked Paprika (1/2 tsp)
and
Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp)
. Cook until the chicken is partially cooked, about 5 minutes.
5.
Stir in the
Tomato Sauce (1 cup)
, then reduce the heat to low, cover the pan and simmer, stirring occasionally until chicken is cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes.
6.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve with
