Chop Garlic (3 clove).
Chop the Onion (1).
Slice the Green Bell Pepper (1).
Chop the Potato (5).
Slice the Mexican Chorizo (200 gram).
Into a pot add, Olive Oil (to taste), garlic, onion, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes.
Add the chorizo and potatoes.
Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste), Smoked Paprika (to taste), and Bay Leaf (1). Cook for an additional few minutes.
Cover with Water (to taste).
Add Chicken Stock Cube (1) and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium heat and cook for 20-30 minutes.
