Cooking Instructions
1.
Into a mixing bowl, add Macintosh Apples (3), All-Purpose Flour (3 Tbsp), Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp), and Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp). Mix until apples are well-coated.

Into another mixing bowl, add Cake Flour (3 cups), Granulated Sugar (2 cups), Baking Powder (2 tsp), and Salt (1/2 tsp). Using a whisk, stir to combine.

Into the bowl of a stand mixer, add Vegetable Oil (1 cup), Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (4), Oranges (1 1/2) and Vanilla Extract (1 Tbsp). Mix until combined.
4.
Slowly incorporate the flour mixture into the egg mixture, 1/3 at a time.
5.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
6.
Pour half of the batter into a floured bundt pan.
7.
Layer half of the apples over top of the batter.
8.
Pour the remaining batter over the apples.
9.
Top with remaining apples.
10.
Bake for between 50 minutes and 1 hour and 15 minutes.
11.
Let cake cool before slicing.
