Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Into a mixing bowl, add Macintosh Apples (3), All-Purpose Flour (3 tablespoon), Granulated Sugar (2 tablespoon), and Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon). Mix until apples are well-coated.
Step 2
Into another mixing bowl, add Cake Flour (3 cup), Granulated Sugar (2 cup), Baking Powder (2 1/2 teaspoon), and Salt (1/2 teaspoon). Using a whisk, stir to combine.
Step 3
Into the bowl of a stand mixer, add Vegetable Oil (1 cup), Egg (4), Orange Juice (1/3 cup), and Vanilla Extract (1 tablespoon). Mix until combined.
Step 4
Slowly incorporate the flour mixture into the egg mixture, 1/3 at a time.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 6
Pour half of the batter into a floured bundt pan.
Step 7
Layer half of the apples over top of the batter.
Step 8
Pour the remaining batter over the apples.
Step 9
Top with remaining apples.
Step 10
Bake for between 50 minutes and 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Step 11
Let cake cool before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
