Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Into a stand mixer, add Salted Butter (1 cup) , Granulated Sugar (1 cup) , and Dark Brown Sugar (1 cup) . Cream for about 7 minutes.
Step 3
Add Eggs (2) one a time.
Step 4
Add Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) as you continue mixing.
Step 5
Sift together All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , and Baking Soda (1 tsp) .
Step 6
Add the flour mixture a bit at a time, mixing in between.
Step 7
Fold in Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3 cups) and Raisins (1 3/4 cups) .
Step 8
Scoop dough onto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.
Step 9
Bake for 11-15 minutes.
Step 10
Serve and enjoy!
