Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Into a stand mixer, add Salted Butter (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 cup), and Dark Brown Sugar (1 cup). Cream for about 7 minutes.
Add Egg (2) one a time.
Add Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) as you continue mixing.
Sift together All-Purpose Flour (2 cup), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon), and Baking Soda (1 teaspoon).
Add the flour mixture a bit at a time, mixing in between.
Fold in Quaker Oats® Old Fashioned (3 cup) and Raisins (1 3/4 cup).
Scoop dough onto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 11-15 minutes.
