Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Into a stand mixer, add Salted Butter (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 cup), and Dark Brown Sugar (1 cup). Cream for about 7 minutes.
3.
Add Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2) one a time.
4.
Add Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) as you continue mixing.
5.
Sift together All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Baking Powder (1 tsp), and Baking Soda (1 tsp).
6.
Add the flour mixture a bit at a time, mixing in between.
7.
Fold in Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3 cups) and Sun-Maid Raisins (1 3/4 cups).
8.
Scoop dough onto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.
9.
Bake for 11-15 minutes.
10.
Serve and enjoy!
