Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Step 2
In a cast iron skillet, add Oil (2 teaspoon). Cook Flour Tortilla (4) for 30 seconds on each side, until lightly browned.
Step 3
Spread tortillas with Refried Beans (to taste) and Ground Beef (2 cup).
Step 4
Place tortillas over top.
Step 5
Spread Salsa (1 1/2 cup) over top. Sprinkle with Shredded Cheese (2 cup), then top with Red Bell Pepper (1), Tomato (1), and Scallion (2).
Step 6
Bake for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Garnish with Sour Cream (to taste) and Fresh Cilantro (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
