Refried Beans

Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2.
In a cast iron skillet, add Oil (2 tsp). Cook Flour Tortillas (4) for 30 seconds on each side, until lightly browned.
3.
Spread tortillas with Refried Beans (to taste) and Ground Beef (2 cups).

Place tortillas over top.
5.
Spread Salsa (1 1/2 cups) over top. Sprinkle with Shredded Cheese (2 cups), then top with Red Bell Pepper (1), Tomato (1), and Scallions (1 bunch).
6.
Bake for 10 minutes.
7.
Garnish with Sour Cream (to taste) and Fresh Cilantro (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
