In a slow cooker place the Goat Meat (3 lb) and Potatoes (4).

Season with Salt (2 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (as needed). Add in Curry Powder (2 Tbsp), Green Caribbean Seasoning (2 Tbsp), Scallion (1 bunch), Onion (1), Scotch Bonnet Pepper (1), Fresh Thyme (5 sprigs), Whole Allspice (8), Fresh Ginger (3 slices), Garlic (4 cloves), and Tomato (1). Give it a thorough mix.

Add Water (2 Tbsp) and place the lid on your slow cooker. Set to high and cook for 5 hours.
step 4
Skim the layer of fat from the top. Serve and enjoy!
