In a slow cooker place the Goat Meat (3 lb) and Potatoes (4).

Season with {@11:} and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp). Add in Curry Powder (2 Tbsp), Green Caribbean Seasoning (2 Tbsp), Scallion (1 bunch), {@10:}, Scotch Bonnet Pepper (1), Fresh Thyme (5 sprigs), Whole Allspice (8), Fresh Ginger (3 slices), Garlic (4 cloves), and Tomato (1). Give it a thorough mix.

Add Water (2 Tbsp) and place the lid on your slow cooker. Set to high and cook for 5 hours.
step 4
Skim the layer of fat from the top. Serve and enjoy!
