Step 1
In a slow cooker place the Goat Meat (3 lb) and Potatoes (4) .
Step 2
Season with Salt (1/2 Tbsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) . Add in Curry Powder (2 Tbsp) , Green Caribbean Seasoning (2 Tbsp) , Scallions (2) , Onion (1) , Scotch Bonnet Pepper (1) , Fresh Thyme (5 sprigs) , Whole Allspice (8) , Fresh Ginger (3 slices) , Garlic (4 cloves) and Tomato (1) . Give it a thorough mix.
Step 3
Add Water (2 Tbsp) and place the lid on your slow cooker. Set to high and cook for 5 hours.
Step 4
Skim the layer of fat from the top. Serve and enjoy!
