Brown the butter: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the Butter (1/3 cup). Continuously stir. As the butter melts, it will foam and turn into an amber color.

In a small bowl, mix together the Banana (1), browned butter, Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp), Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), and Peanut Butter (1/4 cup).

In a separate bowl, mix together the Dried Blueberries (1/4 cup), Dried Cherry (1/4 cup), Dark Chocolate Chunks (1/4 cup), Walnut (1/2 cup), Oatmeal (1 1/2 cups) and All-Purpose Flour (1/3 cup). Then mix the dry and wet ingredients together.
