Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and line a sheet tray with foil.
Combine the Ground Chicken (2 pound), Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup), Egg (2), Curry Powder (6 teaspoon), 1 tablespoon of the Plain Greek Yogurt (5.3 ounce), Dijon Mustard (1 tablespoon), Fresh Cilantro (1 tablespoon), Onion (1), Garlic Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Salt (1 pinch), and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
Turn it out onto the prepared tray and form it into a tight loaf.
Stir the remaining Greek Yogurt, Curry Powder (1/2 teaspoon), and the Zest from the Lemon (1/2) together in another bowl and spread it over the top of the loaf.
Bake the chicken loaf for about 50 minutes, until bubbly on top, slightly crisp on the outside, and cooked through.
Let loaf rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve garnished with some cilantro and your favorite sides!
