Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and line a sheet tray with foil.

Combine the Ground Chicken (2 lb), Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup), {@10:}, Curry Powder (2 Tbsp), 1 tablespoon of the Plain Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup), Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp), Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp), Onion (1), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp), Salt (1 pinch), and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
step 2 Combine the Ground Chicken (2 lb), Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup), {@10:}, Curry Powder (2 Tbsp), 1 tablespoon of the Plain Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup), Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp), Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp), Onion (1), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp), Salt (1 pinch), and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.

Turn it out onto the prepared tray and form it into a tight loaf.

Stir the remaining Greek Yogurt, Curry Powder (1/2 tsp), and the Zest from the Lemon (1/2) together in another bowl and spread it over the top of the loaf.
