Heat Olive Oil (to taste) in a pan.
Place the Italian Sausage (4) in and fry them over medium high heat for about 4 minutes until they’re golden brown. Remove the sausages and slice them into bite size pieces.
Add a bit more oil to the same pan. Add the chopped Onion (1/2), chopped Garlic (2 clove), chopped Green Beans (1 bunch) and chopped Red Bell Pepper (1). Saute them for a minute of two. Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Put the sausages back in and add the Smoked Paprika (1 teaspoon) and White Rice (1 cup). Stir for a minute or so.
Add the Chicken Stock (2 cup) and bring it to a boil. Allow it to simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat until the rice is tender.
Turn off the heat and add the chopped Fresh Parsley (1 bunch), chopped Tomato (1) and chopped Scallion (5). Stir everything together.
