In a bowl of your electric mixer mash the 2 of the

Coconut Oil (2 oz)
Egg Replacer (1)
Rice Milk (3/4 cup)
. Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
All-Purpose Flour (2 cups)
Matcha Powder (1 Tbsp)
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
Salt (1 pinch)
. Stir them in just until combined.
Line a bread loaf with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Slice up the 3rd
lengthwise and lay it on top of the batter.
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool down completely before slicing it.
