In a bowl of your electric mixer mash the 2 of the Banana (2), then add the
Coconut Sugar (100 gram), Coconut Oil (60 gram), Egg Replacer (1), and Rice Milk (180 milliliter). Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
Add the All-Purpose Flour (250 gram), Matcha Powder (1 tablespoon), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon), and Salt (1 pinch). Stir them in just until combined.
Line a bread loaf with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Slice up the 3rd Banana (1) lengthwise and lay it on top of the batter.
Bake at 355 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool down completely before slicing it. Enjoy!
