Step 1
In a bowl of your electric mixer mash the 2 of the Bananas (2) , then add the
Coconut Sugar (1/2 cup) , Coconut Oil (2 oz) , Egg Replacer (1) , and Rice Milk (3/4 cup) . Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
Step 2
Add the All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) , Matcha Powder (1 Tbsp) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , and Salt (1 pinch) . Stir them in just until combined.
Step 3
Line a bread loaf with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Slice up the 3rd Banana (1) lengthwise and lay it on top of the batter.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 5
Let the bread cool down completely before slicing it.
