Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Heat Cooking Oil (to taste) in a medium non-stick skillet over low heat, until slightly shimmering. Crack Egg (3) into the hot skillet. Cook to your desired level of doneness.
Step 2
Spread a generous amount of Mayonnaise (to taste) on Sourdough Bread (2 slice).
Step 3
Add as much as you desire of Smoked Salmon (to taste) to the bread.
Step 4
Add Onion (to taste), Horseradish (to taste), and Lemon (to taste).
Step 5
Top with the fried eggs, Sriracha (to taste) and Fresh Chives (to taste).
