Slice about ½ inch off the top of each Vidalia Onions (4) and peel off the outer layer.

Using a paring knife or spoon, carefully hollow out the center, creating a well for the filling. Be sure to leave enough layers to hold the shape.

Prepare the filling in a bowl. Mix the Unsalted Butter (4 Tbsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1 tsp), Smoked Paprika (1 tsp), Cajun Seasoning (1 tsp), Salt (1 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Dried Thyme (1/2 tsp), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 tsp), and Parmesan Cheese (2 Tbsp).
