Preheat oven to 350 °F. Grease a round cake pan.

Whisk together Vegetable Oil (1/2 cup) and Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup), then beat in Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2) one by one. Sift in All-Purpose Flour (1 2/3 cups), Cocoa Powder (3 Tbsp), and Baking Powder (2 tsp).

Mix with Milk (1/3 cup) and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) until smooth.

Pour into the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool slightly.

Mix warm Milk (3/4 cup) and Cocoa Powder (1 Tbsp) until dissolved.

Poke small holes in the cake using a fork and pour the soaking mixture evenly over it. Let it absorb completely and cool.

For the Cream Layer, whip the Heavy Cream (3/4 cup) with the Cream Stabilizer (1 packet) until stiff.

In another bowl, beat Cream Cheese (1 1/4 cups), Sweetened Condensed Milk (1/3 cup), and Vanilla Sugar (1 packet) until smooth.

Gently fold in the whipped cream and spread evenly over the soaked cake.

Next prepare the Chocolate Ganache. Heat the Heavy Cream (2/3 cup) hot but not boiling. Pour over chopped Cocoa Powder (1 cup), let sit for 2 minutes, then mix until smooth.

Stir in Butter (1 Tbsp) for extra shine and spread ganache over the cream layer. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set.

For the Crunchy Topping: In a Tupperware, combine Rice Cereal (2 cups) with melted Milk Chocolate (1/3 cup). Close the lid and shake well to coat evenly. Spread the mixture over the ganache, then dust with Cocoa Powder (2 Tbsp).
