Combine Ground Pork (9 oz), Salt (1 pinch), Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch), Ground Nutmeg (1 pinch), Egg (1), Breadcrumbs (3/4 cup), and the onion in a bowl.

Mix all the ingredients together using your hands or a fork, then form meatballs of about 25-30 g each. Coat them in All-Purpose Flour (1 cup).

Melt Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp) and sauté the meatballs in a skillet for a couple of minutes.
