Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a small bowl, beat 2 Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2) and set aside.

Combine the Ricotta Cheese (1 cup), Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup), Galbani Parmesan Cheese (3/4 cup), 80/20 Lean Ground Beef (2 lb), Seasoned Breadcrumbs (3/4 cup), Fresh Parsley (3/4 cup), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1 tsp), Salt (1 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) in a larger bowl. Add eggs and mix together with hands.

Using an ice cream scoop drop meat mixture onto the baking sheet and form into approximately 2 ½ ounce meatballs.

Bake meatballs for 12-15 minutes. Remove when internal temperature is 160 degrees F.
