Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Begin by chopping the Fresh Spinach (10 ounce), and add it to a large mixing bowl.
Drain the Artichoke Hearts (14 ounce) and chop them up. Add them to the bowl.
Mince the Garlic (3 clove) and add to the bowl.
Mix the Shredded Parmesan Cheese (1 cup), Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup), Mayonnaise (1/2 cup), Cream Cheese (1 cup), and Sour Cream (3/4 cup).
Place the artichoke dip mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle additional Parmesan over the top.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Enjoy with tortilla chips, crackers or bread.
