Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
To a large bowl, add the Cream Cheese (1 cup) , Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup) , Grated Parmesan Cheese (1 cup) , Mayonnaise (1/2 cup) , Sour Cream (1/2 cup) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) . Mix until well-combined.
Step 3
Into the same bowl, add the Fresh Spinach (15 cups) , Artichoke Hearts (2 cans) , and Garlic (3 cloves) . Stir until well-combined.
Step 4
Place the artichoke dip mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the reserved parmesan and mozzarella over the top.
Step 5
Bake for 15-25 minutes, or until the top is turning golden brown and bubbling.
Step 6
Optionally, stir to fully combine the melted cheeses. Enjoy with tortilla chips, crackers, bread, or veggie sticks.
