Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Begin by chopping the
Fresh Spinach (9 1/2 cups)
, and add it to a large mixing bowl.
Artichoke Hearts (2 1/3 cups)
and chop them up. Add them to the bowl.
Garlic (3 cloves)
and add to the bowl.
Shredded Parmesan Cheese (1 cup)
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup)
Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
Cream Cheese (1 cup)
Sour Cream (3/4 cup)
Place the artichoke dip mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle additional Parmesan over the top.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Enjoy with tortilla chips, crackers or bread.
