In a large bowl mix the Fennel Bulbs (2) with the Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), a pinch of zest from the Lemon (1), 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, Fresh Parsley (1 handful), Garlic (1 clove), Salt (as needed), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch).
