Garlic, minced

Lemon, zested, juiced
1 handful
Fresh Parsley, finely chopped

Step 1
Preheat oven to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a large bowl mix the Fennel Bulb (2) with the Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), a pinch of zest from the Lemon (1), 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, Fresh Parsley (1 handful), Garlic (1 clove), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch).
