Step 1
Into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, add All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) , Eggs (2) , and Salt (1/2 tsp) . Knead for 6 minutes.
Step 2
Remove dough and knead with your hands until smooth.
Step 3
Cover dough with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Cut dough into four pieces. Roll each one out.
Step 5
Fold both ends of each piece of dough in towards the center, then roll it out again.
Step 6
Repeat this process six times. Roll the dough out as thinly as possible.
Step 7
Let dough sit for 25 minutes.
Step 8
Roll the dough up halfway. Cut it horizontally, about 1/4-inch thick. After you cut the dough, unravel each piece to form fettuccine noodles.
Step 9
Sprinkle noodles with flour and toss together.
Step 10
Boil water, and cook pasta for 3-4 minutes, until al dente.
Step 11
In a pan, melt the Salted Butter (2 1/2 Tbsp) . Add the Shrimp (4.5 oz) and season with Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) . Cook for 2 minutes on each side, stirring occasionally to make sure shrimp is coated.
Step 12
Add pasta and stir to combine.
Step 13
Add Garlic (1 tsp) and Alfredo Sauce (1 1/2 cups) . Mix well.
Step 14
Serve warm and enjoy!
