Cooking Instructions
1.
Into a bowl, add Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (2.5 lb), Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp), and Ground Black Pepper (as needed). Stir to combine. Let marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Into another bowl, add Chicken Broth (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup), juice from Lemon (1), Corn Starch (4 tsp), Salt (1 tsp), and Lemons (3 slices). Stir to combine.

Into another bowl, add Eggs (2), Corn Starch (4 Tbsp), Ground Black Pepper (as needed), Salt (as needed), and Baking Powder (as needed). Mix until smooth.

Add chicken to the batter. Mix to combine.
5.
In a frying pan, heat up Cooking Oil (as needed). When oil is hot, add chicken and fry until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
6.
Remove all but a little bit of the oil from the pan and add Onion (1). Cook for 1 minute.
7.
Add Garlic (1 tsp) and cook on high until onion is caramelized.
8.
Add lemon sauce to the pan. Stir well.
9.
When sauce begins to thicken, return chicken to the pan. Stir well until chicken is coated.
10.
Serve over rice if desired and and enjoy!
