, and heat in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 4 to 6 minutes until crispy.
Wash and quarter the
Red Potatoes (4)
. Into a mug, add the potatoes and
Water (1/4 cup)
Microwave for 6 to 8 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
Drain off the excess water.
Into the mug, add
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
Garlic Powder (1/4 tsp)
. Mix everything together with a spoon.
Top with crumbled bacon.
Sprinkle in the
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 Tbsp)
Heat in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 30 seconds to let the cheese melt.
Sour Cream (to taste)
Scallions (to taste)
