Onto a paper towel-lined plate, add the Bacon (2 piece), and heat in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 4 to 6 minutes until crispy.
Wash and quarter the Red Potato (4). Into a mug, add the potatoes and Water (1/4 cup).
Microwave for 6 to 8 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
Drain off the excess water.
Into the mug, add Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon), and Garlic Powder (1/4 teaspoon). Mix everything together with a spoon.
Top with crumbled bacon.
Sprinkle in the Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 tablespoon).
Heat in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 30 seconds to let the cheese melt.
Top with Sour Cream (to taste) and Scallion (to taste). Serve immediately and enjoy! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
