Cooking Instructions
1.
Onto a paper towel-lined plate, add the Bacon (2 pieces), and heat in a microwave oven for 4 to 6 minutes until crispy.

Wash and quarter the Red Potatoes (4). Into a mug, add the potatoes and Water (4 Tbsp).
3.
Microwave for 6 to 8 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.

Drain off the excess water.
5.
Into the mug, add Salt (1/2 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp), and Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1/4 tsp). Mix everything together with a spoon.
6.
Top with crumbled bacon.
7.
Sprinkle in the Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 Tbsp).
8.
Heat in a microwave oven for 30 seconds to let the cheese melt.
9.
Top with Sour Cream (to taste) and Scallions (to taste). Serve immediately and enjoy!
