For the crust, whisk the All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups), Salt (1/4 tsp) and Granulated Sugar (1 tsp) together. Blend in the Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup) until it resembles peas.

Combine Fresh Blueberry (1 cup), the zest of a Lemon (1), half the lemon juice, Ground Cinnamon (1/4 tsp) and Salt (1 pinch).

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Roll out dough and cut into equal pieces. Place a tablespoon of filling onto each piece of dough. Fold in half and crimp edges with fork. Poke holes for steam to escape.
