Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Into a bowl, add Ground Chuck or Sirloin, 80% lean (1 pound), Breadcrumbs (3/4 cup), Hot Sauce (3 tablespoon), Dried Parsley (2 tablespoon), Worcestershire Sauce (1 tablespoon), Paprika (1 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon), Salt (3/4 teaspoon), Dried Oregano (1/2 teaspoon), and Egg (1). Using your hands, mix well.
Step 2
Add Rice Flour (2 tablespoon). Continue to mix with your hands until well combined.
Step 3
Shape meat mixture into eight 2-ounce patties.
Step 4
Into a skillet, add Canola Oil (1 1/2 tablespoon). Once warm, add steak patties. Cook until browned, about 3 minutes on each side. The meat does not have to be completely cooked through, as it will finish in the gravy. Remove and set aside.
Step 5
Into the same pan, add more oil if needed. Add All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup) and whisk to form a roux.
Step 6
Add Beef Stock (1 1/2 cup) and Water (1 cup). Whisk well to form a smooth gravy. Taste and adjust seasonings.
Step 7
Add Onion (1), then return steaks to the pan. Turn heat to medium and allow mixture to simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Step 8
Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
