Step 1
Chop the
Mangoes (to taste)
,
Red Cabbage (to taste)
,
Carrots (to taste)
,
Cucumbers (to taste)
, and
Avocados (to taste)
into short strips. Remove the stem from the
Collard Greens (1 bunch)
. You will only need the leaf. Cut the leaf in half lengthwise and trim the sides so they are fairly rectangular.
Step 2
On opposite ends of each collard leaf piece, place the
Alfalfa Sprouts (to taste)
and
Hummus (to taste)
. In between the two, place the carrots, cucumber, avocado, purple cabbage, mango,
Fresh Mint Leaves (to taste)
and
Fresh Cilantro (to taste)
.
Step 3
Starting on the sprout end, roll each leaf up into a roll. Serve, and enjoy!
