Slice the Avocados (3) in half. Remove pit. Score into cubes. Scoop out with a spoon into a medium bowl or pestle.

Roughly chop Fresh Cilantro (1/4 cup) and Scallions (2 Tbsp). Mince the Garlic (1/2 bulb) and the Cherry Tomato (1 handful) and add everything to the bowl.
step 3
Squeeze juice from the Lime (1/4) and slightly muddle together.
step 4
Generously add Sea Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Enjoy!
