Heat the waffle iron. Beat the Egg (2) in a medium bowl. Add Banana (1), Canola Oil (1/3 cup), and Milk (1 1/2 cup). Beat until fully combined.
Add the All-Purpose Flour (2 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 tablespoon), Baking Powder (3 teaspoon), and Salt (1/4 teaspoon) to banana mixture and stir until incorporated.
Scoop batter onto the center of the hot waffle iron. I used 1/2 cup for my waffle iron. Close lid and let cook according to your waffle iron instructions.
Serve with sliced Banana (1) and chopped Walnut (1/2 cup). Drizzle with Pure Maple Syrup (to taste) and enjoy!
