Step 1
Place popover pan in oven on mid-lower rack. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Step 2
Sift the
All-Purpose Flour (2 cups)
into a large mixing bowl.
Step 3
Add
Sea Salt (1 tsp)
and fluff together.
Step 4
Crack
Eggs (4)
into a measuring cup being sure you have a total of 1 cup of egg.
Step 5
Add
2% Reduced Fat Milk (2 cups)
. Whisk together until light yellow and slightly frothy.
Step 6
Stir the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients until just mixed. Some lumps are ok.
Step 7
Melt
Butter (1 Tbsp)
and brush onto hot popover pan. Quickly fill pan 3/4 full.
Step 8
Bake at 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Just be sure to NEVER open the door to PEEK! This will cause your gorgeous popovers to collapse.
Step 9
Decrease temp to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and bake for additional 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
