Place popover pan in oven on mid-lower rack. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Sift the All-Purpose Flour (2 cup) into a large mixing bowl.
Add Sea Salt (1 teaspoon) and fluff together.
Crack Egg (4) into a measuring cup being sure you have a total of 1 cup of egg.
Add 2% Reduced Fat Milk (2 cup). Whisk together until light yellow and slightly frothy.
Stir the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients until just mixed. Some lumps are ok.
Melt Butter (1 tablespoon) and brush onto hot popover pan. Quickly fill pan 3/4 full.
Bake at 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Just be sure to NEVER open the door to PEEK! This will cause your gorgeous popovers to collapse.
Decrease temp to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and bake for additional 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
