Cooking Instructions

Drizzle Olive Oil (to taste), Salt (to taste) and Simply Organic Black Pepper, Medium Grind (to taste) over Red Bell Pepper (1), Orange Bell Pepper (1), Red Onion (1), Asparagus (1 bunch) and Corn Cobs (2). Rub the seasoning into the vegetables.

Heat grill to 375 / 400 degrees F (190 / 200 degrees C) and place vegetables on the grill. Grill for about 15 minutes or until cooked and slightly charred, making sure to turn halfway through.

Chop Romaine Lettuce (2 heads) and place into a salad bowl.

Remove vegetables from grill and chop peppers, onion, asparagus, Cherry Tomato (1 cup), Salami (1 cup), Eggland's Best Hard Cooked Eggs (4) and Avocado (1). Cut the corn off the cob.

Top the romaine lettuce with all the ingredients, plus Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup) and Pepperoncini Peppers (4 Tbsp).
