Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a muffin pan with nonstick spray.

Squeeze out all excess moisture from the grated Carrot (1 cup).

In a mixing bowl, add the mashed Banana (1 cup), Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2), melted Coconut Oil (1/3 cup), Simply Organic Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Pure Maple Syrup (1/3 cup) and Molasses (2 Tbsp). Stir.
