These Vegetarian Pinto Beans are full of flavor. Even though they have to cook for a while, they take very little time to prep!

Cooking Instructions
1.
Into a pot, add Butter (1 Tbsp). When melted, add Onion (1/2). Cook for 2 minutes.
2.
Add Garlic (1 1/2 Tbsp). Cook for 30 seconds.
3.
Add Vegetable Stock (4 1/2 cups), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Dried Basil (1/2 tsp), and Green Bell Pepper (1/2). Stir.
4.
Bring to a boil, then add Dry Pinto Beans (1 cup) and Goya® Sazon con Culantro y Achiote (1 pckg). Stir. Cover, turn off the heat, and let sit for 1 hour.
5.
Add Water (2 cups). Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Cover and cook for 45 minutes.
6.
Add remaining Onion (1/2) and Green Bell Pepper (1/2). Stir. Cover and cook for another 30-45 minutes, or until beans are tender.
7.
Taste and adjust salt level before serving!
