Into a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Baking Powder (2 teaspoon), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), and Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon). Whisk to combine.
Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add the Buttermilk (1 cup) and beaten Egg (1). Whisk until smooth.
Add melted Butter (2 tablespoon). Mix to combine.
Grease a skillet with oil of choice, then place it over medium-high heat. Ladle in some of the pancake batter. Cook until you see air bubbles forming.
Flip and cook for another 1 minute and 30 seconds. Repeat with remaining batter.
Serve with toppings of your choice.
