Into a large bowl, add Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (30 gram), Wheat Bran (2 tablespoon), and Ground Flaxseed (1 teaspoon).
Stir, then add enough Water (to taste) to cover the grains.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and cook in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 2 minutes. After cooking, the oats should be nice and creamy.
Mash the Banana (1/2). Add it to the bowl of oats and stir it in.
Top your oatmeal with Blueberry Kefir (2 tablespoon), Pumpkin Seed Butter (1 teaspoon), Fresh Blueberries (1/4 cup), and Kiwifruit (1/2). Serve it up! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
