Step 1
Into a large bowl, add
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1/3 cup)

Wheat Bran (2 Tbsp)

Ground Flaxseed (1 tsp)

Step 2
Stir, then add enough
Water (to taste)
to cover the grains.
Step 3
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and cook in a microwave oven for 2 minutes. After cooking, the oats should be nice and creamy.
Step 4
Mash the
Banana (1/2)
. Add it to the bowl of oats and stir it in.
Step 5
Top your oatmeal with
Blueberry Kefir (2 Tbsp)

Pumpkin Seed Butter (1 tsp)
,
Fresh Blueberries (1/4 cup)
and
Kiwifruit (1/2)
. Serve it up!
