Cooking Instructions

Halve the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (2).

Place in a bowl and season with Soy Sauce (1/3 cup), Sesame Oil (1 tsp), Chinese Five Spice Powder (1 tsp), Ground Turmeric (2 tsp), and Baking Soda (1 tsp) and use your hands mix together. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.

In a large grill pan add Sesame Oil (1 tsp) and once smoking hot, place the chicken breast and cook for 6-8 minutes per side. At around the 4-minute mark turn the chicken to a 45-degree angle to achieve grill marks. Repeat for the other side.

Remove the grilled chicken and let it rest for 10 minutes. Place the chicken on a cutting board and slice thinly.

To serve, plate up your Salad Greens (to taste), Bell Peppers (to taste), Grape Tomatoes (to taste), sliced grilled chicken, Sunflower Seeds (to taste), Crispy Wonton Strips (to taste) and drizzle the Sesame Ginger Dressing (to taste).
