Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Into a mixing bowl, add
Ground Turkey (1 lb)
Italian-Style Breadcrumbs (1 3/4 cups)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
Garlic (1 Tbsp)
Milk (1/4 cup)
. Stir to combine, then press mixture together.
Use a 2-tablespoon scoop to divide the mixture into meatballs. Roll the balls between your hands to smooth them out.
Wrap each meatball in a slice of
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (1 pckg)
. Transfer finished meatballs to a greased baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
Transfer finished meatballs to a plate lined with coffee filters to drain excess oil.
Into a pot, add
Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp)
. Once hot, add
Bell Peppers (1/2 cup)
. Sauté for 1 minute.
Water (1 cup)
Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup)
Rice Vinegar (1/3 cup)
Ketchup (3 Tbsp)
Soy Sauce (3 Tbsp)
. Mix, then bring to a boil.
Water (3 Tbsp)
Corn Starch (3 Tbsp)
, then add it to the sauce. Let boil for 1 minute, then remove from the heat.
Pour sauce over the meatballs and serve warm.
