Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
Into a mixing bowl, add Ground Turkey (1 lb) , Italian-Style Breadcrumbs (1 3/4 cups) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) , Garlic (1 Tbsp) , and Egg (1) . Mix.
Step 3
Add Milk (1/4 cup) . Stir to combine, then press mixture together.
Step 4
Use a 2-tablespoon scoop to divide the mixture into meatballs. Roll the balls between your hands to smooth them out.
Step 5
Wrap each meatball in a slice of Bacon (1 pckg) . Transfer finished meatballs to a greased baking pan.
Step 6
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
Step 7
Transfer finished meatballs to a plate lined with coffee filters to drain excess oil.
Step 8
Into a pot, add Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp) . Once hot, add Bell Peppers (1/2 cup) . Sauté for 1 minute.
Step 9
Add Water (1 cup) , Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup) , Rice Vinegar (1/3 cup) , Ketchup (3 Tbsp) , and Soy Sauce (3 Tbsp) . Mix, then bring to a boil.
Step 10
Mix Water (3 Tbsp) and Corn Starch (3 Tbsp) , then add it to the sauce. Let boil for 1 minute, then remove from the heat.
Step 11
Pour sauce over the meatballs and serve warm.
