Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C).
Into the bowl of a food processor, add All-Purpose Flour (2 cup), Baking Powder (1 tablespoon), Baking Soda (1/4 teaspoon), Granulated Sugar (2 teaspoon), and Salt (1/2 teaspoon). Pulse until just combined.
Add cubes of Unsalted Butter (6 tablespoon) and pulse until mixture forms small crumbs.
Add Buttermilk (3/4 cup). Process until mixture comes together into a dough.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Fold and press the dough until no longer sticky, adding flour as needed. Press it out to 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut out 6 biscuits.
Place biscuits on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush tops with beaten yolk of the Egg (1).
Bake for 13 minutes.
Into a mixing bowl, add melted Butter (4 tablespoon) and Honey (2 tablespoon). Whisk to combine.
Dip the tops of the biscuits in the honey butter. Serve warm.
