Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2
Into the bowl of a food processor, add
All-Purpose Flour (2 cups)

Baking Powder (1 Tbsp)
,
Baking Soda (1/4 tsp)
,
Granulated Sugar (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Salt (1/2 tsp)
. Pulse until just combined.
Step 3
Add cubes of
Unsalted Butter (1/3 cup)
and pulse until mixture forms small crumbs.
Step 4
Add
Buttermilk (3/4 cup)
. Process until mixture comes together into a dough.
Step 5
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Fold and press the dough until no longer sticky, adding flour as needed. Press it out to 1/4-inch thickness.
Step 6
Cut out 6 biscuits.
Step 7
Place biscuits on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush tops with beaten yolk of the
Egg (1)
.
Step 8
Bake for 13 minutes.
Step 9
Into a mixing bowl, add melted
Butter (1/4 cup)
and
Honey (2 Tbsp)
. Whisk to combine.
Step 10
Dip the tops of the biscuits in the honey butter. Serve warm.
