Step 1
In a pan over high heat add
Sesame Oil (3 Tbsp)
and
Broccoli Florets (1 cup)
. Stir fry for 45 seconds.
Step 2
Add the
Sugar Snap Peas (3/4 cup)
, sliced
Onion (1)
and minced
Garlic (2 cloves)
. Cook until the onions are tender.
Step 3
Add the
Shrimp (1.5 lb)
and stir fry for a minute until the shrimp are heated all the way through.
Step 4
Add the
Udon Noodles (14 oz)
and stir for 1-2 minutes. Next season with
Ground Turmeric (2 Tbsp)
,
Soy Sauce (1/4 cup)
and
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 Tbsp)
. Mix well.
Step 5
Garnish with
Scallions (6)
and serve in bowls.
