Bread (6 slices)
in a dish (9 inch by 13 inch) and pour the liquid over the bread, allowing the bread to absorb all the liquid. This will take about 20 minutes. This can also be done overnight.
Preheat oven at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
Place soaked bread on a parchment paper lined baking sheet (optional: dust with
Ground Cinnamon (to taste)
and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar, a pat of butter, maple syrup, or plain.
