Into a pot, add Olive Oil (3 Tbsp) . Once warm, add Onion (1) and cook until starting to caramelize.
Step 2
Add Fresh Spinach (15 cups) . Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Add Garlic (3 cloves) and season with Salt and Pepper (to taste) . Stir to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Serve warm and enjoy!
