Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Into a blender, add White Onion (1) and Green Bell Peppers (2) . Pulse to finely chop.
Step 2
Into a pressure cooker on high, add Olive Oil (1 splash) and chopped veggies. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Add Ground Pork (1.5 lb) and Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp) . Cook meat until mostly browned, breaking it up with a spoon as you go.
Step 4
Add Baked Beans (1 3/4 cups) , Water (1 cup) , Paprika (3 Tbsp) , Chili Powder (2 Tbsp) , Onion Powder (1 1/2 Tbsp) , Ground Cumin (1 Tbsp) , Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Coarse Black Pepper (1/2 Tbsp) , Kosher Salt (1/2 Tbsp) , and Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) . Mix well. Cover and cook on Chili Bean setting for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Serve over White Rice (to taste) and garnish with Scallions (to taste) .
