Kosher Salt (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Brown Sugar (1/2 cup)
. Mix well. Cover and cook on Chili Bean setting for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Serve over
White Rice (to taste)
and garnish with
Scallions (to taste)
