step 1
Into a blender, add White Onion (1) and Green Bell Peppers (2). Pulse to finely chop.

Into a pressure cooker on high, add Olive Oil (1 splash) and chopped veggies. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

Add Ground Pork (1.5 lb) and Kosher Salt (as needed). Cook meat until mostly browned, breaking it up with a spoon as you go.

Add Baked Beans (1 3/4 cups), Water (1 cup), Paprika (3 Tbsp), Chili Powder (2 Tbsp), Onion Powder (4 tsp), Ground Cumin (2 tsp), Garlic Powder (2 tsp), Coarse Black Pepper (2 tsp), Kosher Salt (2 tsp), and Brown Sugar (1/2 cup). Mix well. Cover and cook on Chili Bean setting for 5 minutes.

Serve over White Rice (to taste) and garnish with Scallions (to taste).
