Into a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add
Irish Butter (1 Tbsp)
. In a mixing bowl, add
Heavy Cream (1/2 tsp)
Ground White Pepper (1/2 tsp)
. Beat together. Once butter is melted and bubbling, add the eggs. Tilt the pan around to coat evenly.
Once the egg is mostly cooked, add
Shredded Cheese (3/4 cup)
Onions and Peppers (3 Tbsp)
Mushrooms (1/4 cup)
Turkey Sausages (1/2 cup)
Flip over one half of the omelette. Cook for 1 minute.
Transfer omelet to a plate and dig in!
