Into a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add Irish Butter (1 Tbsp). In a mixing bowl, add Eggs (3), Heavy Cream (as needed), and Ground White Pepper (as needed). Beat together. Once butter is melted and bubbling, add the eggs. Tilt the pan around to coat evenly.

Once the egg is mostly cooked, add Shredded Cheese (3/4 cup), Onions and Peppers (3 Tbsp), Mushrooms (4 Tbsp), and Turkey Sausage (1/2 cup).

Flip over one half of the omelette. Cook for 1 minute.
step 4
Transfer omelet to a plate and dig in!
