Into a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add Irish Butter (1 tablespoon). In a mixing bowl, add Egg (3), Heavy Cream (1/2 teaspoon), and Ground White Pepper (1/2 teaspoon). Beat together. Once butter is melted and bubbling, add the eggs. Tilt the pan around to coat evenly.
When egg is mostly cooked, add Shredded Cheese (3/4 cup), Onions and Peppers (3 tablespoon), Mushroom (1/4 cup), and Turkey Sausages (1/2 cup).
Flip over one half of the omelette. Cook for 1 minute.
Transfer omelet to a plate and dig in!
