Step 1
Into a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add Irish Butter (1 Tbsp) . In a mixing bowl, add Eggs (3) , Heavy Cream (1/2 tsp) , and Ground White Pepper (1/2 tsp) . Beat together. Once butter is melted and bubbling, add the eggs. Tilt the pan around to coat evenly.
Step 2
Once the egg is mostly cooked, add Shredded Cheese (3/4 cup) , Onions and Peppers (3 Tbsp) , Mushrooms (1/4 cup) , and Turkey Sausages (1/2 cup) .
Step 3
Flip over one half of the omelette. Cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Transfer omelet to a plate and dig in!
