Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Into a mixing bowl, add
Pink Salmon (1 can)
(reserve the juices for later),
White Onion (1)
Paprika (1/2 Tbsp)
Kosher Salt (1 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp)
. Mix until well-combined.
All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup)
Breadcrumbs (1/4 cup)
Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup)
. Mix until well-combined. If the mixture is too dry, add the reserved salmon juice.
Form mixture into 6-9 patties, depending on what thickness you prefer.
Add patties into the greased basket of the air fryer. Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping once.
Serve and enjoy! You can eat them alone, with some veggie sides, or on a sandwich.
