Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Into a mixing bowl, add Pink Salmon (1 can) (reserve the juices for later), White Onion (1), Egg (1), Paprika (2 teaspoon), Kosher Salt (1 teaspoon), and Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon). Mix until well-combined.
Add All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup), Breadcrumbs (1/4 cup), and Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup). Mix until well-combined. If mixture is too dry, add the reserved salmon juice.
Form mixture into 6-9 patties, depending on what thickness you prefer.
Add patties into the greased basket of the air fryer. Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping once.
Serve and enjoy! You can eat them alone, with some veggie sides, or on a sandwich.
