Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (162 degrees C).
and let them soak in a bowl of cold water for 1 hour.
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (8 oz)
and place in a separate bowl.
Drain the water from the potatoes and and pat them dry with paper towels. In a bowl with the potatoes slices add
Vegetable Oil (1/2 Tbsp)
Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
Onion Powder (1 Tbsp)
Sweet Paprika (1 Tbsp)
Dried Basil (1/2 Tbsp)
Chili Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
Dried Oregano (1 tsp)
Dried Thyme (1 tsp)
Kosher Salt (1/2 Tbsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 Tbsp)
and toss together.
Set your air fryer to 370 degrees F (187 degrees C). Air fry for 10 minutes in batches so as to not overcrowd the fryer. Give them a shake after 5 minutes.
Remove all the fries and let them cool for 30 minutes before frying them again at 400 degrees F (204 degrees C) for 18 minutes. Give them a shake at around 9 minutes.
While your fries are cooking, in a pan fry the bacon and onions together.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil, add the fries, and top with bacon and onions,
Shredded Cheese (to taste)
Dried Parsley (to taste)
. Place into your preheated oven and bake until cheese is melted.
