A beloved party favorite homemade loaded cheese fries. Ditch those frozen fries and make these with potatoes, bacon, onions, and lots of cheese. It's crispy, gooey, and absolutely delicious. Ultimate comfort food. Serve these loaded fries with sour cream or ranch. And smother them in chili sauce if you want a bit of a spicy kick. Potluck perfect.

Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (162 degrees C).

Chop the Potatoes (5) and let them soak in a bowl of cold water for 1 hour.

Slice the Onions (2).

Chop the Bacon (8 oz) and place in a separate bowl.

Drain the water from the potatoes and and pat them dry with paper towels. In a bowl with the potatoes slices add Vegetable Oil (2 tsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (2 tsp), Simply Organic Onion Powder (1 Tbsp), Sweet Paprika (1 Tbsp), Dried Basil (1 tsp), Chili Powder (2 tsp), Dried Oregano (1 tsp), Dried Thyme (1 tsp), Kosher Salt (2 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) and toss together.

Set your air fryer to 370 degrees F (187 degrees C). Air fry for 10 minutes in batches so as to not overcrowd the fryer. Give them a shake after 5 minutes.

Remove all the fries and let them cool for 30 minutes before frying them again at 400 degrees F (204 degrees C) for 18 minutes. Give them a shake at around 9 minutes.

While your fries are cooking, in a pan fry the bacon and onions together.

Line a baking tray with aluminum foil, add the fries, and top with bacon and onions, Shredded Cheese (to taste), and Dried Parsley (to taste). Place into your preheated oven and bake until cheese is melted.
10.
Serve with Sour Cream (to taste).
