Step 1
In a bowl add the
Turkey Wings (4)
,
Salt (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Onion Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
, and rub the seasoning thoroughly on the wings.
Step 2
Place the wings in the basket of your air fryer oven and set to 430 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Step 3
In a pot over high heat add
Butter (1/4 cup)
and
Olive Oil (1/3 cup)
. Sprinkle in the
All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup)
and stir continuously as the roux starts to come together after around 10-12 minutes total.
Step 4
Pour the
Water (4 1/2 cups)
in and whisk thoroughly. Scrape the edges and bottom of the pan. Add in the
Vegetable Bouillon Cube (1)
and whisk it in. Add
Liquid Smoke (1/2 tsp)
and continue to whisk. Add
Salt (to taste)
,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and whisk.
Step 5
Place the turkey wings in the gravy, then add the
Onion (1)
and mix together. Cover the pot and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Serve with veggie sides of choice! Enjoy.
