In a bowl add the Turkey Wing (4), Salt (2 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (2 teaspoon), Onion Powder (2 teaspoon), and Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon) and rub the seasoning thoroughly on the wings.
Place the wings in the basket of your air fryer oven and set to 430 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
In a pot over high heat add Butter (4 tablespoon) and Olive Oil (5 1/2 tablespoon). Sprinkle in the All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup) and stir continuously as the roux starts to come together after around 10-12 minutes total.
Pour the Water (4 1/2 cup) in and whisk thoroughly. Scrape the edges and bottom of the pan. Add in the Vegetable Bouillon Cube (1) and whisk it in. Add Liquid Smoke (1/2 teaspoon) and continue to whisk. Add salt and pepper, to taste, and whisk.
Place the turkey wings in the gravy, then add the Onion (1) and mix together. Cover the pot and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with veggie sides of choice! Enjoy.
