Step 1
In a large bowl add the Tyson® Ground Chicken (1.8 lb) , Bread (1 slice) , Eggs (2) , Onion Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Ground White Pepper (1 tsp) , Garlic Powder (1 tsp) , Salt (to taste) , Milk (1 splash) , Fresh Parsley (to taste) , and Aged Goat Cheese (to taste) . Mix together until well combined.
Step 2
Once combined add the Breadcrumbs (to taste) a little bit at a time to absorb the excess moisture. You want it to not stick to your hands, around half a cup maybe a bit more or less. Be careful not to add too much as then the burger will end up too dry.
Step 3
Once fully mixed, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 to 2 hours, then form into patties.
Step 4
Heat up some Olive Oil (to taste) in a pan and fry the pattie until they are cooked through.
Step 5
Remove and serve how you'd like!
