In a large bowl add the Ground Chicken (1.8 lb), Bread (1 slice), Eggs (2), Onion Powder (1/2 Tbsp), Ground White Pepper (1 tsp), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1 tsp), Salt (to taste), Milk (1 splash), Fresh Parsley (to taste), and Aged Goat Cheese (to taste). Mix together until well combined.

Once fully mixed, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 to 2 hours, then form into patties.
