Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl add the Ground Chicken (800 gram), Bread (1 slice), Egg (2), Onion Powder (2 teaspoon), Ground White Pepper (1 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon), Salt (to taste), Milk (1 splash), Fresh Parsley (to taste), and Aged Goat Cheese (to taste). Mix together until well combined.
Step 2
Once combined add the Breadcrumbs (to taste) a little bit at a time to absorb the excess moisture. You want it to not stick to your hands, around half a cup maybe a bit more or less. Be careful not to add too much as then the burger will end up too dry.
Step 3
Once fully mixed, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 to 2 hours, then form into patties.
Step 4
Heat up some Olive Oil (to taste) in a pan and fry the pattie until they are cooked through.
Step 5
Remove and serve how you'd like!
