Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl add the Ground Chicken (1.8 lb) , Bread (1 slice) , Eggs (2) , Onion Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Ground White Pepper (1 tsp) , Garlic Powder (1 tsp) , Salt (to taste) , Milk (1 splash) , Fresh Parsley (to taste) , and Aged Goat Cheese (to taste) . Mix together until well combined.
Step 2
Once combined add around half a cup of Breadcrumbs (to taste) a little bit at a time to absorb the excess moisture. You don't want it to stick to your hands. Be careful not to add too much as then the burger will end up too dry.
Step 3
Once fully mixed, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 to 2 hours, then form into patties.
Step 4
Heat up some Olive Oil (as needed) in a pan and fry the patties until they are cooked through.
Step 5
Remove and serve how you'd like!
