We all need a true one-dish chicken recipe to have up our sleeve and this one is mine. Tender and juicy chicken thighs and legs marinated in a sweet and tangy sauce then roasted in a bed of onions, herbs, and more citrus. It’s flippin’ delicious and it’s all done in ONE DISH.
