Cream Light Margarine (2 Tbsp), Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), Vegetable Oil (1 tsp). Add Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) and mix. Stir in All-Purpose Flour (3/4 cup), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp) and Mini Chocolate Chips (1 1/2 Tbsp).

Place a very small amount of cookie batter into 18 muffin cups and put in oven for 2 minutes, just enough to melt down the batter. Divide Light Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp) the 18 cookie bites, placing a small amount on top of your batter.
